利用白色礫石，在松林中打造出道路錯綜複雜的庭園。引領參觀者像千鳥足般步伐搖擺的走在白色礫石路上，欣賞周遭景色。該路線也是世界各地不同時期的真實示威足跡。讓人想像過去與現在的連結。另一方面，表面上和平、實用、美麗，背後隱藏著真實歷史。該作品讓人在白淨的道路漫步的同時，思考作品中隱含的寓意。
White gravel stones form a yard where paths intricately intersect in a pine woods. These walkways guide visitors on zigzagging courses, allowing them to enjoy the surrounding scenery. They are also actual routes of demonstrations held at different times around the world. The work evokes connections between the past and the present. At the same time, there are real histories concealed behind superficial appearances of peace, practicality, and beauty. “Movement Field” stirs thoughts about the meanings hidden within it as you walk down its white paths.

1977年出生於上海。以上海為據點進行活動。
為最活躍的中國當代藝術家。2004年獲得中國當代藝術獎「最佳藝術家」獎。他創作藝術領域廣泛，包括裝置藝術、攝影、繪畫、肢體表演等。

Xu Zhen was born in 1977, and lives and works in Shanghai.
Xu Zhen is considered an iconic figure in Chinese contemporary art. In 2004, Xu won the prize for ‘Best Artist’at the Chinese Contemporary Art Award. His practice covers various media such as installations, video, painting, performance, etc.
Xu Zhen has exhibited internationally at museums and biennales, including the Venice Biennale (2001,2005), The Museum of Modern Art (New York, 2004), Mori Art Museum (Tokyo, 2005), MoMA PS1 (New York, 2006), Tate Liverpool (2007), Hayward Gallery (London, 2012), Lyon Biennial (2013), Armory Show (New York, 2014), Long Museum (Shanghai 2015), Al Riwaq Art Center (Qatar, 2016), Sydney Biennial (2016), Guggenheim Museum (New York, 2017), Sharjah Biennial (2019), Museum of Contemporary Art (Los Angeles, 2019), National Gallery of Australia (Canberra, 2020), among others.
