Title：Blowin‘ In The Wind

從上戶地區的海岸線向山區遼望，會看見許多風力發電機。遠方看去像是小鳥盤旋般，走看發現它是如此巨大，且距離近的令人意外。藝術家從聳立在珠洲市群山間這片巨大的景觀中構思，在展示地點的風力發電所內設置了「風見雞」。該作品是透過近距離仰望平常自遠處觀看的事物，從風與聲等看不見的事物中，重新發現風景與歷史的作品。
One can see many wind turbines when looking to the mountains from the coastline of the Uedo area. Viewed from afar they look like small spinning wings, but seem surprisingly huge and close when approached. SIDE CORE takes cues from this vast landscape rising up in the mountains of Suzu City and installs a weather vane at a wind power station. Rediscovering scenery and history through invisible elements like wind and sound by getting close and looking up at things usually seen from afar are themes of this work.

SIDE CORE於2012年首先由高須咲惠和松下徹組團活動，2017年西廣太志加入。以「街景中喧鬧」為主題，從街頭文化的角度展開了以公共空間為舞臺的活動。他們以策畫展覽為主要活動，同時把作品點綴在城市各處的「MIDNIGHT WALK tour」，讓人徒步遊覽城市欣賞建築、壁畫與塗鴉等廣泛多彩的活動。

SIDE CORE was started by Sakie Takasu and Toru Matsushita in 2012, and Futoshi Nishihiro joined in 2017. Based on the theme of "making noise in the landscape", they develop projects in public spaces from the perspective of street culture. While planning exhibitions is their main activity, they also carry out a variety of activities such as the "MIDNIGHT WALK tour", in which works were dotted around the city, with tours of the city appreciating the architecture, murals and graffiti.
