瓦を通して、「記憶」、「家」、「人口」、「産業」など、素材と地域問題の関連性をとりあげる。作家は、家というものを記憶を集めるエネルギーの
象徴と考え、「集まることは力になる」をコンセ
プトに、昔の記憶を掘り起こしていく。この地を離れた人々が、ふたたび戻ってくるようにという願いが込められた作品。

Using tiles, this work addresses relationships between materials and regional issues such as “memory,” “home,” “population,” and “industry.” Taking the concept “assembling is power,” it posits the “home” as a symbol of energy that collects memories. The artist hopes memories of long ago will be unearthed and become like seeds, and that people who have departed will return to the land once more.

LuxuryLogico（Taiwan）
1980 年代生まれの現代アーティスト4名、Chih-Chien Chen、Kun-ying Lin、Keng-hau Chang、Geng-hwa Chang が、「ハイブリッド」をコンセプトに創立した Luxury Logico は、「愉快で奇妙な土地 (Delightful Weird-Land)」 をテーマにした明るい作風で知られている。自然環境からインスピレーションを受けながら、現代社会に存在する概念やアイディアに挑み、近代技術と人文科学を組み合わせながら、「音楽」「視覚」「インスタレーション」「テキスト」で作品を表現してきた。演劇、映画、ダンス、建築、ポップミュージック、経済行動などの様々な形態や分野で活動している。

Based on the concept of “hybrid,” Luxury Logico is created by four contemporary artists born in the 1980s: Chih-chien Chen, Kun-ying Lin, Keng-hau Chang, Geng-hwa Chang, are known by their lighthearted style that centers on the idea of “DELIGHTFUL WEIRD-LAND.” Inspired by the natural environment, tackling thoughts and ideas that filled the spectacles of contemporary society, integrating modern technology and cultivation of humanities, representing their ideas via “music,” “visuality,” “installation,” and “text,” their works of fantasies manifest in various forms and genres, including drama, movies, dance, architecture, pop music, and economic behavior. Given force by the unceasing integration, Luxury Logico comes into being.
