October 10, 2019 update
On September 14 (Saturday), 31 people from both inside and outside the prefecture gathered to conduct the Tour of Suzu for the Oku-Noto Triennale 2020.
While visiting the Cape of Suzu with General Director Fram Kitagawa, Partisipants visited the art works created in 2017 in order to know not only the proposed sites but also how the works will be created. From the General Director Fram Kitagawa in the guidance, there is a greeting of encouragement, saying, “I hope that a good plan will come out. ”Has started.
○ Suzunari Roadside Station
Guidance was given at Suzunari Roadside Station adjacent to the former Suzu Station platform.
General Director Kitagawa spoke about the outline of Oku-Noto Triennale 2020 and the features of Suzu.

○ Cabaret at World's End
It was reborn as “Cabaret at World's End ” at the Oku-Noto Triennale 2017, and now it is used for events and rental halls.
This time, we had a local dish lunch “Suzuben” using plenty of ingredients from Suzu.
○ Private house at Otani
Participants went down the promenade and went to a private house quietly standing in the back of the mountain.
○ Former Seibu Elementary School Site
The school closed in 2016, leaving a large gymnasium. The site of the school building and the schoolyard are also proposed sites.
○ Boat huts at Jike
This is a typical view of Suzu lined with characteristic boat cabins.
○ Old house at Misaki
Participants also visited a private house where Takahiro Iwasaki created his work at Oku-Noto Triennale 2017.

Finally, Participants walked around the old railway line and the tour closed.
